Race Day!

Mr.B. Heiberg’s shop students tested the speed of their C02 cars today. Elementary students were delighted to watch the races, and also enjoyed the various car designs. The races made for some interesting predictions and discussions amongst the Physics 11/12 students.

Pink Shirt Day!

We had a terrific turnout of students and staff sporting pink items today! A great show of support for respecting others and saying NO to bullying!

Cruisin’ Day Fun!

Our Cruisin’ Day to Powder King on Feb 23rd was a blast. Thank you to the many parents who brought out their youngsters!






CORE Hunter Training

If you are interested in getting your resident hunter number, this course will be offered at the school in May.

Dates & Times:
Thurs. May 8th:  5:00pm – 9:00pm
Fri. May 9th 5:00pm-9:00pm
Sat. May 10th 8:00am until completion (some time in the evening).

Grade 12 Scholarship Information

With the retirement of Ms. Ackroyd, Ms. Bruce has taken responsibility for overseeing scholarships.
Ms. Bruce has a binder full of scholarships for Gr. 12 students to look at.  As well, most of them are posted in a special website she has created so that the Grade 12s can access the information from anywhere.

Cruisin Day to Powder King!

Greetings;
I’ve organized a Cruisin’ Day to Powder King to give students (and interested parents) an opportunity to enjoy some outside time on the ski-hill.
Cruisin’ Days is open to all students attending Hudson’s Hope School.

Exam Week

We are nearing the end of Semester One already. The last day of regular classes for grades 8-12 students will be Friday, January 24th. Exam week is Monday, Jan. 27th – Thursday, Jan. 30th.
Friday, Jan 31 is a Non-Instructional Day (School is not in session).
