Greetings and Updates for 2014-2015

I hope everyone is enjoying the summer vacation period. I’m sure students are excited to back in action (and hopefully we will be soon). We have some exciting new courses available for grade 7-12 students this year.

Awards-Grad Update

Greetings Parents;
First of all, thank you for your patience. It has been very challenging to find answers to questions surrounding ceremonies, report cards, etc. Here’s the good news:

1. The back parking lot/gymnasium area will NOT be picketed onGrad day.

Travel Club Trip to Australia and New Zealand

Our Secondary travel club is planning a trip to Australia and New Zealand next year.  The trip is open to any secondary student.  Children under 12 are able to travel if accompanied by a parent.

Science Fair

Grade 3 student: That was such an awesome day!! (To his friends)  Didn’t you have an awesome day??
A big thank you to the students, parents, and teachers who worked hard to complete this years’ science fair projects!  And thank you to all the judges who took the time to come and talk to our students about their work. 

Race Day!

Mr.B. Heiberg’s shop students tested the speed of their C02 cars today. Elementary students were delighted to watch the races, and also enjoyed the various car designs. The races made for some interesting predictions and discussions amongst the Physics 11/12 students.
