Indigenous Day at HHESS

Our school ran some fantastic stations and activities this afternoon to celebrate Indigenous Learning!  A big thank you to Katie Norton, Ms Mee’s students, Pat Jansen, Diane Barclay, Gus Gendron, Linda van Wieringen, Jolene van Wieringen, Amanda Desjarlais, as well as two elders (Barb & Doreen), for running a variety of educational stations.  Also, thank you to the Stacey family for building a fantastic “Antler Toss”.

Miss Lannie and her amazing crew of chefs worked diligently all morning to provide a fantastic lunch to the school and to our guests.  Thank you!  Finally, a big thank you to Mrs. Beebe for working so hard to organize a very fun afternoon!
