Hi Parents & Caregivers;

We are experiencing a power outage at the school.  We do have lighting and some power in our secondary foyer.  I’m using my cellphone “hotspot” and battery on my computer to send out this message.

Since we need a way to look after the entire school in essentially one or two spaces that have light, we will start the day with our Remembrance Day assembly (if you were planning on coming to the ceremony at 10:40, my apologies..you’re welcome to head to the school right away if that’s feasible for you).  I will try to make sure some pictures are taken of students presenting.

Once we get an update of an expected time for power to be back up, we will make a decision of whether or not to keep the school open.

Please be near your phones/devices, and check email/facebook this morning for the next update.  I will be busy running the assembly until about 9:00.
